UGC NET 2020: UGC NET June 2020 Official Notification Out, Check it Out
The much-awaited UGC NET 2020 Notification has been released by the National Test Agency (NTA). UGC NET – National Eligibility Test is conducted twice in a year for the selection of deserving candidates for the posts of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Indian Govt. Universities and Colleges. NTA UGC NET exam is conducted in the month of June & December every year.
UGC NET 2020 Online Application
The online application for UGC NET 2020 June entrance exams has started on March 16, 2020. The last date of online application for UGC NET June exam is April 16, 2020. No application will be accepted after the last date of submission.
UGC NET 2020 Eligibility
- Candidates must have a Master’s degree or equivalent from UGC recognized Universities/Institutions.
- Candidates, those appearing in the final semester of the master’s degree can also apply.
- Candidates should have scored 55% marks and 50% marks for reserved category students.
- 5% relaxation is given to Ph.D. degree holders in aggregate marks.
UGC NET 2020 Application Fee
The application fee of the UGC NET exam 2020 is different for all categories. It can be paid through a credit/ debit card or e-Challan. All the candidates paying through e-Challan have to make the cash payment in the bank. The category-wise fee details are mentioned below:
SC/ST/PwD/Transgender: Rs. 250/-
Processing charges & Goods and Services Tax (GST) are to be paid by the candidate, as applicable.
