预科申请
大学预科：高中毕业生，18周岁以上；ielts 5.5（听说读写各项5分）
利兹大学预科课程视同对应本科项目的一部分，只认可受认证考点考出来的ielts成绩，i但于2015年11月5日前，申请者仍可使用其他安全英语语言考试(selt)成绩提交预科申请；利兹大学预科申请不接受toefl成绩，如语言成绩未达学校要求，还可以申请预科语言课程，具体可见语言课程的申请
本科申请
本科：完成中国大一或英国预科，平均成绩在80%以上，ielts 6.0（听力和阅读5.5分，写作口语5分）。
利兹大学本科ielts单项要求不低于5.5分，toefl听力和阅读单项要求不低于20分，口语要求不低于22分，写作要求不低于21分；此外，利兹大学还接受pte成绩，总分不低于60分，单项不低于56分
利兹大学本科不可使用国内高考成绩直接申请，国内高中毕业生只可使用ib、a-level成绩直接申请利兹大学。对国内学生而言，分别是：
a) 使用ib、a-level课程成绩直接申请：
level课程：至少3门，课程要求多在abb-aaa之间，视课程不同而不同。最低有只要求bbb的，最高的亦有要求a*a*a的*（7）
ib课程：与a-level成绩换算：
level三门课程aaa相当于ib成绩35分，高等水准课程要求6分以上
level三门课程aab相当于ib成绩35分，高等水准课程要求5分以上
level三门课程abb相当于ib成绩34分，1-2门高等水准课程要求在5分以上
硕士：需持有相关专业领域本科学士学位；平均成绩在80%以上；ielts 6.5（听说读写各项6分），同声传译等课程ielts7.0。
mba: 本科毕业生，平均成绩在80%以上，有2年以上相关工作经验，gmat 600分以上，ielts 6.5。

住宿条件
利兹大学校内宿舍分为宿舍楼和自理饭食式公寓两种。宿舍楼向学生提供膳食、单人房间、视听室、餐厅、自习室、音乐房、洗衣房及酒吧。这种宿舍的就餐时间是固定的，以英国菜系为主。环境及气氛比较活跃。学生若想自己做饭，可住在自理饭食式公寓。自理饭食式公寓为学生提供单人房间。几名学生可一个厨房，厨具完好，并配有冰箱和食物储藏柜。通常一年四季均可居住，也可为需要假期住宿的学生提供住宿。住宿费为每星期80至190英镑。利兹大学还有160多套供家庭住宿的单元房。
